I am having the hardest time with the company and 24 hour fitness where I bought the body bugg from. They gave me one that had already been activated and I have been getting the run around with trying to fix the problem. The body bugg company is saying that I need to go back to 24 hour fitness and get a new one and when I went to 24 hour fitness they said the manager needs to do it so I would have to come back. UGGGH, what a waste of time and money.

Just wanted to let you know that my Costco carries the singles size Tzatziki as well as the large container. I think it had 6 or 8 of the 2oz. singles for about $6. I bought it because I was worried that I would never eat all of the large container before it ruined. It is awesome! Loving it with some veggies!

Dear Baud,
I started using the Bodybugg recently, about 2 weeks ago. I use it with my MacBook Pro with Mac OS X Snow Leopard and it works wonderfully. I have no problems using it with my Mac. I'm not sure whats going on with yours. Try going to the Apple store and see if they can help you out. Good luck!

Coconut oil is roughly 50% lauric acid and one report implies the amazing benefits of coconut oil are derived from its vitamin E content and safflower oil has more vitamin E. The same report explains newly released findings showing coconut oil may down-regulate the expression of adiponectin which may promote an inflammatory cascade and contribute to endothelial and mitochondrial dysfunction. Google "Weight Loss Cover-Up Exposed" by Astrid Lasco, to find the truth about what really makes us sick. Read it people!

Thanks for writing about your experience with this diet. I'm currently in the ramp up phase, so I am hopeful that it will work for me.

I have a theory about why some people have a harder time making diets work for them - undiagnosed wheat or gluten allergy or intolerance or some other food allergy. I dropped all wheat from my diet about 2 weeks ago and not only did my sinuses clear up, but my cravings for high-carb foods diminished greatly. This result has me wondering if the wheat intolerance messes around with insulin levels and makes it more difficult to lose weight. I'm hopeful that I have discovered an important piece to this puzzle(for myself at least) and this time I will be successful. Only time will tell...

So, I am curious - do you have hay fever or other allegies symptoms or symptoms of gluten intolerance such as digestive tract problems? Does your husband? Have you tried cutting wheat from your diet? I noticed the benefit after about 7-10 days.

I was introduced to HeartMath a little while ago. I fell in love with the products they have for children. Now my little one's reminding me to go to my heart! DH and I have also been using their stress software. I would recommend checking out their site, there's some interesting info, research on helping kids regulate their emotions, etc. It's definitely helped me understand my 5 yr old better. There's also the HeartMath My Kids page on Facebook that's given me a lot of good resources, activities & games, etc. Like all parents I want my Joshie to be happy and healthy and be in a loving, supportive environment and I feel like these tools have helped us do that.

Thank you for your comment, RC. This post was about the older BodyBugg, as indicated. We have since written about the new BodyBugg as well. And yes, it now works with Firefox--a more recent development that excited us a lot. Have a great day.
