When my boys were babies I had the cribside CD player so that we could play soft, classical and traditional lullabies for them.  After hearing Rock-a-Bye baby for the 1000th time, I was feeling like I needed to find something that I would enjoy as well.  At that time, there really weren’t many options available.  For those of you with little ones now, there is a whole new series of light instrumental CD’s that you and your baby can listen to as they go to sleep.

Babies Go Queen is just one of a collection of CDs that not only seek to lull young children to sleep, but also allow mom to enjoy the music as well.  This CD is all instrumentals of Queen’s biggest hits, but in a soothing way.  We are the Champions has been slowed down just a tad and is pleasant to listen to.   The song list on this CD includes favorites such as: Somebody to Love, Bohemian Rhapsody and Play the Game to name a few.

It’s a fun CD for the younger kids (under 4), but not so much for kids 5 and older.  Once they hit 5, they are more interested in Kid’s Bop CD’s.

You can find each CD in the collection on Amazon for as low as $17.99.

Other CDs include Babies go Beatles, Babies go ABBA, Babies go U2 and Babies go Madonna.
